Building Maintenance & Repairs
Our building maintenance & repair services are designed to address all your needs. We can carry out the smallest jobs from door adjustments, hanging white boards and document holders to office refurbishments and hygienic rooms used in manufacturing areas. We prioritise efficiency and quality to minimize disruptions to your operations.
Projects
At TD Facilities Ltd, we take pride in our project work, from office installations and refurbishments, hygienic white rooms, warehouse and yard line marking, and barrier installations. We also worked as key workers throughout the pandemic, creating new safe and socially distanced office areas and one-way walkway systems.
Our team
TD Facilities Ltd is a small company but has a strong network of trusted contractors who have been an integral part of our team for many years. Our partners include a metal fabrication and welding company that specializes in creating bespoke stainless steel items and large steel structures.
We also work with a professional sign company that can produce anything from small laser-cut trefolite tags to large company signs for the side of buildings. In addition, we have reliable bricklayers, floor layers, electricians, landscapers, plumbers, and even a swimming pool maintenance contractor that we can call upon to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
GMP compliance and certificates
We have worked in the pharmaceutical and food production industry for 17 years. GMP (good manufacturing practise) has been followed throughout this time to high standards.
We are IPAF trained and regularly operate mobile platforms with a reach of 40 metres to gain access to roofs and cladding.

Are immediate team are cat ladder/harness trained for heights above 3 metres, and asbestos aware trained. We can also supply risk assessments & method statements for all our work.
